Shipping policy
Freight & Delivery Timeframes
1) All lead times stated are the timeframe from the date of order to the date that the product leaves our warehouse. This does not include the delivery/freight time.
2) Utemaster is not responsible for damage to the product caused after the customer has received the product. Any damage caused during freight should be reported immediately before the product is removed from the packaging.
3) Orders with multiple components may be freighted separately to optimise freight efficiency.
4) Lead times are given in good faith based on information available at the time of order. Utemaster will do everything in its power to deliver within the given lead time. However, due to global supply chain complexities, the lead time may be reduced or increased after the initial due date is given.
Loading
1) Utemaster is not responsible for ensuring that loads restrained to Utemaster product are properly secured and that load restraint methods and equipment used by the operator are sufficient for the purpose they are being used for.
2) Load ratings are a maximum and the product is fit for purpose in the intended circumstance to these load ratings. Over tightening of load restraint equipment will result in damage to the product and is not covered under warranty.
3) Utemaster is not responsible for any damage to the product, property or life.
4) The driver of the vehicle is responsible for load security and ensuring that it is suitable for their driving environment.
